Our intellectual property is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

3. LICENSE GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS

3.1 Limited License

Upon purchase of any product or service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased content solely for your personal, non commercial use. This license is granted to one individual only—each user must purchase their own license.

3.2 Permitted Uses

You MAY:

View, read, listen to, and access purchased content for your personal development
Download materials designated as downloadable to your personal devices
Complete worksheets and exercises for your own use
Apply concepts learned to your personal life and growth
Reference ideas in personal conversation (with attribution)

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree that you will NOT:

Claim authorship or ownership of any portion of our intellectual property

Use our content in any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language model training

3.4 Enforcement

Unauthorized use constitutes:

Breach of these Terms
Copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 501
Potential trademark infringement under 15 U.S.C. § 1114

Upon breach, we may immediately:

Terminate your access without refund
Pursue injunctive relief in federal court
Seek statutory damages up to $150,000 per work infringed
Recover attorney's fees and costs

You acknowledge that unauthorized distribution causes damages difficult to calculate. Therefore, in addition to other remedies, liquidated damages of $10,000 per incident shall apply.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

4.1 Payment Terms

All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

4.2 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes associated with your purchase.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit cardinformation on our servers.

5. NO REFUNDS POLICY

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we maintain a strict norefunds policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or reversal
All sales are final and non-refundable
No exceptions will be made for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Inability to access or use the product
Dissatisfaction with content
Technical difficulties on your end
Personal circumstances
Failure to complete the program
Claims that the product did not meet expectations

5.2 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these Terms, we reserve the right to:

Pursue collection of the disputed amount plus administrative fees

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at princesswarriornation@gmail.com to attempt good-faith resolution within thirty (30) days.

10.3 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Maricopa County, Arizona.

10.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO
PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.

10.5 Small Claims Exception

Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court within jurisdictional limits.

10.6 Injunctive Relief

Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.

11. DMCA COMPLIANCE

We respond to copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

11.1 Reporting Infringement

To report infringement, provide our DMCA Agent with:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed
Location of the allegedly infringing material
Your contact information (address, phone, email)
A good-faith statement that use is not authorized
A statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate
